Welcome to Maazu, operated by Maazu ("Maazu", "we", "us", or "our"), a company registered in India, with its primary office at Samsul Huda Road, Kolkata, West Bengal 700017.

By downloading, accessing, or using the Maazu mobile application or website at maazu.store (collectively, the "Platform"), you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"), together with our Privacy Policy and any other policies referenced herein.

Maazu is a quick commerce grocery delivery platform that enables users in Delivery Zones. — to order groceries, fresh produce, daily essentials, and household products for delivery to their doorstep.

Our services include:

• Browsing and purchasing 100+ grocery products through the Maazu app
• Real-time order tracking and delivery status updates
• Responsible, timely delivery to eligible Kolkata pincodes
• Customer support via in-app chat, email, and phone

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our services at any time with reasonable notice to users.

To use the Maazu Platform, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age, or have the consent of a parent or guardian
• Have a valid Indian mobile number capable of receiving OTPs
• Reside in or be ordering to an address within our current delivery zones
• Not be barred from receiving services under applicable Indian law

By using the Platform, you represent and warrant that you meet all eligibility requirements above.

To place orders on Maazu, you must create an account using your mobile number. You are responsible for:

• Providing accurate and up-to-date information during registration
• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and OTPs
• All activity that occurs under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorised access at contact@maazu.store

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or engage in fraudulent activity.

When you place an order on Maazu:

• Your order constitutes a binding offer to purchase the selected items at the displayed price
• We will confirm acceptance via in-app notification and/or SMS
• We reserve the right to reject any order due to product unavailability, pricing errors, or delivery zone restrictions
• Product images are illustrative; actual product appearance may vary slightly
• We cannot guarantee the availability of any specific product at all times

Maazu is committed to transparent, honest pricing — what you see is exactly what you pay, with no hidden charges added at checkout.

• All prices are in Indian Rupees (₹) and inclusive of applicable GST
• Delivery charges, if any, are clearly shown before order confirmation
• Accepted payment methods include UPI, credit/debit cards, and cash on delivery
• Prices may change without prior notice; the price at order placement applies
• In the event of a pricing error, we will notify you and offer the option to reconfirm or cancel your order

We aim to deliver your order promptly after confirmation. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to high order volumes, traffic, weather, or an incorrect delivery address.

You must ensure someone is available at the delivery address. If delivery cannot be completed, we will attempt to contact you and may leave the order at the door at our discretion. Maazu is not liable for delays caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control.

You agree not to use the Platform to:

• Engage in fraudulent, deceptive, or misleading activity
• Harass, threaten, or intimidate Maazu staff or delivery partners
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems or data
• Place false or fictitious orders
• Violate any applicable Indian law or regulation
• Commercially resell products without our written consent

Violation may result in immediate account termination and legal action.

All content on the Platform — including text, graphics, logos, images, and software — is the exclusive property of Maazu and is protected under applicable Indian intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial grocery ordering purposes only. Reproduction, distribution, or creation of derivative works requires our express written consent.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

• Maazu provides the Platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind
• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform
• Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the value of the order giving rise to that claim

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Kolkata, West Bengal. We will make every effort to resolve disputes amicably — please contact us at contact@maazu.store before initiating legal proceedings.
