What's deleted

    Required by Indian tax and financial regulations (up to 7 years)

    To protect against misuse of the platform

    If there is an ongoing dispute or investigation
Processed within 30 days
Once submitted, your request will be processed within 30 days. You'll receive a confirmation email when your account has been fully deleted. You can still use Maazu during this period.

No. Once your account is deleted, it cannot be recovered. You would need to create a new account if you wish to use Maazu again.

Maazu Wallet is Coming Soon. Once launched, any remaining balance at the time of account deletion will be forfeited and cannot be refunded. Please use or withdraw your balance before submitting a deletion request.

Yes — if you change your mind, contact us at contact@maazu.store within 7 days of submitting your request and we will cancel it.

Indian law requires businesses to retain certain financial and transaction records for up to 7 years. This is separate from your personal profile data, which is deleted.
