Orders

Open the Maazu app, browse or search for items, add them to your cart, and tap Checkout. Confirm your delivery address and payment method, then place your order. You'll get an in-app notification once it's confirmed.
Orders cannot be modified once placed. Please review your cart carefully before confirming. If you need to change something urgently, cancel the order (if it hasn't been dispatched yet) and place a new one.
Go to Profile My Orders, select your active order. You'll see live status updates from order confirmation to delivery.
Delivery times may occasionally vary due to traffic, high order volume, or weather. You can check live status in the app. If there's an unusual delay, our support team is available 8AM – 10PM.
Auto-cancellations happen when an item goes out of stock, payment authorisation fails, or we can't reach you to confirm. You'll be notified via push notification and a full refund is processed automatically.

Payments

We accept UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, etc.), debit cards, net banking, and cash on delivery (COD). All digital payments are processed securely through Razorpay.
Yes — Cash on Delivery is available for orders up to ₹2,000. Please keep exact change ready to help our delivery partners.
Payment failures can occur due to insufficient funds, incorrect card details, UPI app issues, or bank-side blocks. Try a different payment method or contact your bank. Your order won't be placed until payment is successfully authorised.
Never. What you see in your cart is exactly what you pay — GST included. Delivery charges, if any, are clearly shown before you confirm. No surprise fees at checkout.

Returns & Refunds

Go to Profile My Orders, select the completed order, tap Issue with Order, choose the affected item(s), and submit your request with a photo if prompted. Our team reviews within 2–4 hours.
Wrong item, damaged/broken product, expired item, missing item, spoiled fresh produce, or quantity mismatch. Requests must be raised within 24 hours of delivery.
UPI/Net Banking refunds take 24–48 hours. Credit/debit card refunds take 5–7 business days. Maazu Wallet (Coming Soon) will offer instant credits once launched.
Yes — for eligible claims you can choose a full refund or a replacement delivery of the same item at no extra charge. If the replacement is unavailable, we'll automatically issue a full refund.

Cancellations

Yes — you can cancel for free before the order is picked up by a delivery partner. Once the status changes to "Picked Up" or "Out for Delivery", cancellation is no longer available in the app.
Go to Profile My Orders, select the order, tap Cancel Order, choose a reason, and confirm.
Yes — a full refund is issued to your original payment method. UPI/Wallet within 24–48 hours, cards within 5–7 business days. COD orders have nothing charged, so no refund is needed.

Delivery

We deliver as promptly as we can while keeping our riders safe. Actual time may vary based on order volume, traffic, and weather conditions.
Our delivery partner will call you. If unreachable, they may leave the order at the door at their discretion. Repeated unavailability may affect future orders.
There is no minimum order. Delivery charges (if applicable) are shown clearly before checkout.

Account

Download the Maazu app, enter your Indian mobile number, verify the OTP, and you're in. No password needed.
Email us at contact@maazu.store to delete your account permanently.
Each mobile number can have one account. If you need assistance with a duplicate account, contact our support team.

Privacy & Safety

Yes. Maazu never stores full card numbers. All transactions are processed through payment gateways, which are PCI-DSS compliant. Our app uses HTTPS encryption for all data in transit.
